We generally ship an order on the day that it is placed. Orders placed late in the day will ship the next day.

We ship from Nashville, TN via UPS or Priority Mail. First Class Mail is available for small orders.
Our UPS Shipping rates are equal to the daily pickup rate. We do not charge any handling fees on UPS Orders.
Mail includes a $.50 handling fee.
To provide optimal customer service and save you money, we may switch your shipping method to the cheaper service. If this happens, you will always be notified via email to which method and your new cost and total.
International Shipments:, We can ship any method, depending on weight & contents. First Class Mail & Priority Mail are the most economical. You may be charged additional fees, taxes, and tariffs when the package arrives. We do not control or receive any of these fees. Please contact your local post office or contact UPS to determine the fees that you will be charged. If you reject the package we will refund you the product costs upon return but not the shipping.
It is recommended to select First Class Mail or Priority Mail for all international shipments. The system should calculate the shipping cost for you. If you would like to know your cost beforehand please use the Shipping Calculator that is at the bottom of your cart. Due to limitations by our system, it cannot calculate international UPS rates; therefore it will default to $0.00, which is not accurate. You will have to pay the UPS rate along with their brokerage & custom fees. If you select UPS we will change it to First Class Mail, unless specified in the comments. You will NOT be notified of this before charging your card for the new total & shipment method, if the shipping charges are under $30.00USD. If your order cannot go via Mail or shipping is over $30.00USD, you will be notified via email your new shipping costs and total for approval to charge your card for the new total. Priority Mail takes 6-10 days. First Class Mail takes anywhere from 7-28 days for arrival. While these are projected times, they are not guaranteed. We are unable to file a claim for 45 days so all international orders must wait 45 days from the shipment date before we can proceed.
Hazardous Material. Our oil-base paint markers are classified as Hazardous Material - Other Regulated Material (ORM-D). The ink/paint is flammable. These products are banned from the the mail. We have tagged these products with a message to ship by UPS Ground Only. Because of the small amount of ink per pen, the markers qualify for a small package exception and are eligible for Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, UPS Ground.Please call us if you have any questions. 866-354-9431.
