Retail Store Winter Hours: Visit us in person at our retail store Monday-Friday 10AM-4PM and on Saturday 11AM-3PM . We are located at 113 Graylynn Drive, Nashville, TN 37214. 


Exchanges and Returns: We are only able to accept returns for UNOPENED and UNUSED markers.

Credit or Exchange: Please email with your Order / Invoice number, reason for return, and/or items you would like to exchange.

Credit will be issued or a replacement will be sent to you after we receive the unwanted markers back. To help speed up the process, please include a copy of your Sales Receipt or Invoice in the box with the markers. If a copy is not available, please include your name, contact email and phone number, and address to which the order was shipped.

Items will not be refunded or replaced after 30 days from order date.

Defective Markers: If you suspect that the markers received are defective, please call us at 615-770-2777 to arrange for a replacement.

Error with order: We try our best to be as accurate as possible when shipping your orders. Please let us know if there is an error as soon as possible. Email with your Order / Invoice number to arrange for a replacement. You will be sent a return label to send back the items you received in error at no cost to you.


Backorder Policies:

Items that are out of stock will be labeled "Out of Stock" on the product page. These items are unorderable.

If an item you order is unexpectedly out of stock or we do not have the quantity you requested we will contact you with your options. Example options below:

If your backordered items total under $50 we will cancel the backordered items and ship the in-stock items. If you prefer, we can substitute or hold your order to ship when all the items are back in stock (as long as we expect the item to arrive back in stock within 2-3 weeks).

If your backordered items total over $50 and are expected to arrive in stock within 2-3 weeks we will ship the in-stock items right away and the backordered items once they arrive back in stock at no additional shipping cost to you. You will be charged for the full order when the order is first processed.

If the backorder is international of any value we will offer substitutions or hold the order to ship complete at your request. We do not do backorder shipments internationally.

We are always happy to offer suggestions for substitutions whenever needed!


Fraud Protection:
Due to an increase in fraud attempts we reserve the right to cancel any order placed that does not meet our fraud protection rules. Please note orders over $50 are required to be shipped to the billing address on the order unless previously approved otherwise. Some items such as multicolor sets may have maximum order quantities. Contact us if you are needing to order these sets in higher amounts.

Sales Tax / Tax Exempt Orders: We currently collect tax on orders shipping to Tennessee, California, and North Carolina. If you are tax exempt and your checkout estimate shows sales tax, please first create a customer account on the website and then contact us prior to placing your order. We will need a copy of your tax exemption form emailed to You will only need to provide this once.

Quantity Pricing: Additional price discounts available for large quantity orders. Contact us for pricing.

Specials and Coupons: We occasionally offer specials and coupons for specific brands or products. These discounts cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon code or corporate discount. If your order is submitted with the discount and you already receive a corporate discount the promo discount will be removed. We reserve the right to revoke promo discounts on orders that already have received a discount.
Marker Supply coupon codes are announced on our website, social media, and/or newsletters. Discount codes and offers found on third party coupon websites may not be legitimate.

Color Charts: We have done our best to represent the color of the marker's ink. Due to variations in monitors, the color may not be exactly as represented on your monitor. The effects of some colors, such as fluorescents and metallics, will pop more than the color charts can show.

Shipping Information:

USPS orders placed before 12:00 noon usually ship same business day.

UPS orders placed before 2:00 pm usually ship the same business day.

Orders placed over the weekend, on certain holidays, or after these times will ship the next business day unless otherwise notified.

Please allow until the end of the business day to receive updated tracking information. You will not be able to track your package until it has been processed by the shipping carrier.

Holiday Shipping Information:
Orders that subtotal at least $75 (before tax and after any discounts) and are being sent within the contiguous United States are eligible for FREE standard shipping thru December 31st. 
Ground methods only, expedited methods are excluded.
Orders cannot contain Elmers Foam Board, this item is not eligible for free shipping due to its size.

Holiday shipping deadlines: 
Shipping carriers recommend your packages be shipped by the following dates for delivery by December 25th:

USPS International: Dec. 6
USPS First Class Mail: Dec. 16
USPS Priority Mail: Dec. 18
UPS Ground: Varies by location. Use the shipping calculator on
